Why we started
We started Excel around a fairly simple observation. Plenty of schools are good at getting people through the exam, and far fewer stick around for what happens after.

ABOUT EXCEL School of real estate
Excel School of Real Estate is a licensed real estate school based in Lafayette, Louisiana, serving students throughout the state.
We started Excel around a fairly simple observation. Plenty of schools are good at getting people through the exam, and far fewer stick around for what happens after.
A new agent with a license, no pipeline, and no real idea what the first ninety days are supposed to look like.
We wanted to be the school that answers the second half of that question as well as the first. Our goal is to work alongside you until you have mastered the subjects that we teach.
Some students want a classroom and an instructor they can interrupt. Others are fitting coursework in at 5:30 in the morning before a shift. Both are fully supported.
LEARN ON YOUR SCHEDULE
An instructor you can interrupt, and classmates working through exactly the same material at the same time as you.
Coursework that fits at 5:30 in the morning before a shift, or whenever the day finally goes quiet.
We know that the material does not always connect the dots, especially when you take the course self-paced. We have practice material specifically designed for the test.
An active Louisiana broker teaches every class, so the questions you bring get answered from experience rather than a manual.
