National exam preparation

Practice until the national exam stops surprising you.

Go compare. Most exam prep is rented. You pay monthly, and the day you stop paying it is gone. Even the ones you buy outright expire on you. This is one purchase that does not expire, includes both the practice exam and the flashcards, and gets new questions added over time at no additional cost. Find another one that does that.

$39 once, and the question bank keeps growing

What this practice test is for

Course completion and exam readiness are not the same thing. You can finish all of your course hours and still freeze on a question that words the same rule three different ways. This is where you find out which parts you actually know.

Why repetition is the point

The exam that you will sit for tests recognition under pressure. Questions reorder on every attempt so you cannot memorize position, and the same rule reappears worded differently until you know the rule rather than the sentence.

Why the bank keeps growing

Most practice tests are written once and left alone. This one gets new material as topics shift and as students tell us where they got stuck. What you buy today is not what you will have in six months.

Two ways to study

One purchase, two tools, built to be used differently.

The practice exam shows you where you stand. The flashcards close the gaps it finds. Most students move between the two rather than finishing one before starting the other.

National portion Reshuffles every attempt

Full-Length Practice Exam

Sit with the full exam as many times as you want. The order changes on every attempt, so a strong score means you know the material rather than the pattern.

National Real Estate Flashcards

Terms, formulas and the definitions the exam leans on hardest, formatted for a phone so they fit into the gaps in a normal day.

The bank you buy today keeps growing.

Most practice tests are finished the day they are published. This one is not. New questions are written as topics shift and as students tell us where they got stuck, and everything added reaches people who already bought.

What is included

Everything here comes with the one price.

01

The full practice exam

Take it as often as you like. Questions reorder every attempt, so repeat scores mean something.

02

Flashcards

The terms and formulas the national exam lean on, formatted for a phone.

03

New material as it is written

Additions to the question bank reach you automatically. There is no upgrade and no second purchase.

04

Built by the instructor

Written by a broker who teaches the ninety-hour course, not licensed from a national content vendor.

How to use it

Four passes, and the fourth is the one that counts.

Most people take a practice exam once, feel discouraged, and put it away. That is the wrong use. Here is the pattern that actually moves a score.

01

Take it cold

Before reviewing anything. A low first score is information, not a verdict. It tells you "what and where" you need to focus your study time.

02

Work the misses

Go back to the course material only on what you got wrong. Use the flashcards on the terms that tripped you up.

03

Retake it

The order will have changed. If the score holds up, the knowledge is real rather than remembered position.

04

Come back later

New questions will have been added. Retaking it a month on is a different test, and a better one.

Who built it

Written by the person who teaches the course.

Most practice tests are licensed from a content vendor and nobody at the school has read them. These questions were written by the broker who teaches the pre-license real estate course and knows where students get stuck.

That is also why the bank keeps growing.

Practice Test & Flashcards FAQ

Common questions before you enroll.

Short answers about how the practice test works and what comes with it.

Is this the state portion or the national portion?

The national portion. That is the part of the exam that is the same wherever you sit it, which is why this is useful to students in any state rather than Louisiana only.

How many times can I take it?

As many as you want. The questions reorder on every attempt, so retaking it is genuinely a retest rather than a replay.

Do the flashcards cost extra?

No. They are included in the $39 and they are formatted for a phone, so you can use them in the gaps in a day rather than needing to sit down with a laptop.

Why does this cost less than other exam prep?

Because we are not an exam prep company. For those companies, prep is the whole business, so the price has to carry it. We are a school, and this exists because our own students needed it. One purchase covers the practice exam and the flashcards together, it does not expire, and everything added to the bank later reaches you at no extra cost.

You say the bank keeps growing. What does that mean?

New questions are written and added over time, and everything added reaches people who already bought. There is no upgrade, no second purchase and no expiry on what you get. The version you have in six months will be larger than the one you buy today.

Do I need to have finished my course first?

No, and taking it early is often more useful. A cold score before you have reviewed anything tells you which parts of the course to spend your time on.

Is this only for Louisiana students?

No. The national portion is the same across states, so this is useful anywhere. Louisiana students get the added benefit of a school that teaches their state course as well.
