Refund Policy
Students are eligible for a full refund before starting the course. After the course begins, a full refund will be issued if a technical issue delays access by more than 24 hours or prevents the student from obtaining required credentials within the state's designated timeframe.

Student are required to complete the work and tests provided by themselves and without the help of others or other materials. Students must provide the correct information as registered with the real estate state commission in their state. Students must be aware of state requirements for course timelines and the amount of education they need to be in good standing with the state.

Student agrees they will apply themselves to earnestly learn the material provided and attests that they will not skip over material to take quizzes or tests. The orientation lays out the time needed to be present learning the material and student agrees to spend the minimum requirements learning and studying the material provided.
